As of Thursday, July 4, 2013, the Statue of Liberty is open to the public. You can go ahead and reserve your tickets online today. You can visit the Statue of Liberty, enjoy limited access on Ellis Island featuring the Wall of Honor, climb up to the Statue of Liberty’s crown for amazing views and learn the history of both Islands from either an Audio Tour or a Park Ranger!
The crown and monument levels of the Statue of Liberty are open for visitor access. The renovations to the interior of the Statue of Liberty are completed providing improved access to all visitors.
Easy access via public transportation, including major subway lines and bus routes.
NOTE: You may depart from and return to different locations. However, once you return to either Battery Park or Liberty State Park, you may not reboard the ferry. Be sure to use the appropriate boarding location at each island.
