We're open! All of the walking views of the Statue of Liberty are simply amazing. The interior of the Statue of Liberty is currently being renovated for better visitor access, so you won't be able to go inside. More information about this topic can be found here. At this time of year, we have shorter lines, faster screening and less tourists. Now is the best time to visit.

Easy access via public transportation, including major subway lines and bus routes.
NOTE: You may depart from and return to different locations. However, once you return to either Battery Park or Liberty State Park, you may not reboard the ferry. Be sure to use the appropriate boarding location at each island.

Audio tours are a wonderful enhancement to your visit. They are available for both the Statue of Liberty National Monument and the Ellis Island Immigration Museum. They are available in different languages including Arabic, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Russian and Spanish. You can purchase your audio tour with your ticket, or you can add it at the box office window at your departure location. The audio tour is only available as a package. You may not purchase the audio tour for only one island.
