Audio Tour

The audio tours for the Statue of Liberty National Monument and the Ellis Island Immigration Museum are a wonderful enhancement to your visit.

The Statue of Liberty National Monument audio tour guides listeners through the unique history of Liberty Island, from its time as a fort, through the construction of the Statue and its establishment as a national monument. The audio tour also points out sights and landmarks visible from different places around the island.

The Ellis Island Immigration Museum audio tour guides people through all three levels of the historic Main Hall. It also guides listeners through the typical experience of a newly-arrived immigrant, as well as describes many of the exhibits throughout the building.

Both audio tours are available at $6 per person and are available in English, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Spanish. You can purchase your audio tour with your ticket, or you can add it at the box office window at your departure location. The audio tour is only available as a package. You may not purchase the audio tour for only one island.
